Get Focused Events - Hawaii Winter Baseball Camp - November 22nd & 23rd

Statistics

• Hawaii VSP doctors from the Hawaii Optometric Association provided vision testing for 111 children from the general public and 284 children from the Dusty Baker Clinic at the University of Hawaii baseball stadium, with 55 children needing follow-up care (14%).
  
  
• Children participated in fun, interactive games that helped them understand the importance of vision for athletic performance.
  
  
• Dusty Baker, Mark Kotsay and other baseball players talked to the children about their vision and how vision impacts sports performance.
